On Friday, Austin and Joy Forsyth shared the gender reveal video for their third baby. They had a party at their house and many family members showed up to see whether the new little one on the way is a boy or a girl. Jill, Michelle, and Jim Bob were all present at the gender reveal party.
Below, you can see both Jill Dillard and Michelle Duggar at Joy’s home. From the video, it doesn’t look like they were close to each other. But the video only shared a little glimpse into the event.
Fans wonder what their relationship is like these days.
On Reddit, Duggar fans and critics are speculating about how Michelle Duggar and Jill Dillard get along now. One fan pointed out, “I’ve had serious arguments with family members with Icy relationships but have been able to set those aside for family events.”
Someone else added, “Relationships change over time and we have no clue what conversations have taken place or efforts to reconcile.”
Another fan noticed that Derick Dillard, Jill’s husband, wasn’t in the video. They said, “I think that when Derick isn’t around their relationship is better.”
It’s possible that Michelle and Jill are on decent terms these days. Or maybe they decided to be cordial and show up for Joy’s special day.
Of course, no one really knows what’s going on with Jill, Michelle, and the rest of the Duggar family behind the scenes. So, it’s all speculation for now. Fans seem to think it’s a big deal that both Jill and Michelle attended the event and didn’t seem to completely avoid each other.
