Lauren Bushnell Lane Details Son’s Birth, Emergency C-Section
Lauren Bushnell Lane and husband Chris Lane welcomed baby number two recently. Little Baker Weston made his debut nine days early and has quite the story behind his arrival. Keep reading to find out more.
Lauren Bushnell Lane shares birth story
Lauren Bushnell Lane married country singer Chris Lane in October 2019. In June 2021 they welcomed their first child, a son, Dutton Walker.
When she first gave birth to Baker, she shared some adorable photos and said he was nine days early. She said, “still laughing thinking about my water breaking (very aggressive, movie like situation) driving myself to the hospital in Chris’ truck (pantsless btw) because my car was out of gas and Dutton was sleeping 😵💫. Very chaotic, unplanned and panicked but the minute he came into this world he’s been nothing but peaceful and perfect.”
She also said she felt like she was going into labor early because of bad heartburn she was having. Lauren also said she was leaking a little. She was told it was probably just urine but then twelve hours later her water broke.
Taking time to heal
Since welcoming Baker into the world, Lauren is doing her best to let her body heal. She noted she had never had surgery before and to have major surgery while taking care of a toddler and newborn is tough.
Lauren noted that her scar is still healing but overall she’s feeling much better.
Chris and Lauren are continuing to enjoy their time as a family of four. She definitely got her happily ever after following her time on The Bachelor. Fans are excited to continue to follow their adorable little family.
