Pete Davidson Finally Shows Up On ‘The Kardashians’
Pete Davidson has finally arrived on The Kardashians. After nine episodes of him being talked about, he is here. Though fans thought that Kim Kardashian had her now ex-boyfriend cut completely from Season 2, this was untrue. So, how did the SNL alum play a part in the series? Read on for more details.
Pete Davidson Finally Shows Up On The Kardashians
With a 10-episode season, it would seem that Pete would have shown up a lot soon. There was talk about him and he was chatting with Kim on the phone. However, the actor was not seen physically at all throughout the whole season. From the initial previews for Season 2 of the series, fans thought that the romance between Kim and Pete would be heavily featured. Then, the duo broke up and a new trailer came out with Pete nowhere in sight. That was when it was alleged that he had been somewhat blackballed from the show.
Now, in what seems to be the penultimate episode of the season, Pete has arrived. It is the night of the Met Gala and Kim is getting ready. She is putting the final touches on her Marilyn Monroe look. Along with her glam team, she has been up all night to achieve the perfect blonde hair. Pete finally meets her in the hallway, all suited up and Kim is amazed by how good he looks. Per Us Weekly, “You look so f—king handsome. Like, so cute,” she cooed.

He then recalled a story about trying to get her number but her shooting him down.“Remember when I asked for your number at the last Met and you pretended that you couldn’t give it to me because you had your gloves on? It was actually the nicest excuse ever. I knew it was an excuse, but I remember being in the car like, ‘Wow, she knows how to make someone feel really good about themselves.’ I thought that was really sweet.” She then asked him to ask again which he said he would.
Not The Ideal Event
On the way to the event, Kim told Pete that she did not really want the Met to be their debut. She did not even want a fashion event to be where they showed off their love, plus she wanted to do it in dark hair. Pete joked with The Kardashians star that he would have preferred that they get slimed at the Kids Choice Awards. Of course, their romance fizzled in August 2022.
It was alleged that he was being pushed to propose by Kim’s momager, Kris Jenner. There were also rumors that the distance between the two caused the split. Whether or not a guilty conscience put Pete back in the show will probably never be told. However, he has finally arrived.
