‘Sister Wives’ Kody Brown Says Call Him ‘Princess’
Kody Brown has been known as somewhat of a diva by his fans. He can be demanding and over the top, even indulging in lavish cars and such. Now it seems he is fine with this moniker, just a different variation. The Sister Wives star is saying to just call him ‘princess.’ Yet, why is he okay with that nickname, and what behaviors does he believe constitute it? Read on for more details.
Kody Brown Says To Call Him ‘Princess’
It is no secret that Kody has a fit when he does not get his way. He was so perturbed over Christine leaving him that he sat alone, pouting at Ysabel’s graduation party. The father of eighteen has a way of taking almost every situation and making it about himself. Now, a Reddit thread has been started over a resurfaced clip of Kody and his love for pillows. He openly admits that he has a plethora of them that he has to rotate every night. After he says that, he ultimately adds: “call me the princess with the pea.”
Of course, the OP started the thread like this: “the MOST high maintenance man.” The immediate follow-up comment to this was: “This man wouldn’t get health insurance for his kids, told his daughter who is in debilitating pain to put off back surgery, but owns 15 pillows he rotates to keep comfortable.” Another agreed on how insulting it was that he told Ysabel to go alone to her serious scoliosis surgery. Someone else joked that Robyn had to have her say about where the pillows were: “Robyn OF COURSE cuts in and cuts him off to announce how 1/3 of his pillows are at her house. IT’S NOT ABOUT YOU, ROBYN.”
Fans were happy that at least he finally admitted that he was a princess. Especially after all of the times that Christine was accused of being that way when it was actually him. Finally, one Redditor added this: “What kind of nut doesn’t feel comfortable with the same pillow every night? I take my pillows with me to hotels. Sleeping on different pillows is a nightmare.”
Finally Stable?
Kody Brown spent years on a four-wife rotational schedule. This all ended around 2014/2015 when he and Meri faced marital problems and she told him she needed time apart. After that, he never came back and their marriage was officially broken. Though she claims that she still has hope deep down, Kody says it will never go back to anything romantic. He was, however, going between Robyn, Christine, and Janelle’s homes until the pandemic. Then, he was solely with Robyn out of safety measures. Christine left him in early 2021 and Janelle bought an RV which he refuses to stay in so he is stuck with Robyn. Now, all of his princess pillows are in one spot. Is he finally happy? TBD.
