In response to Zach’s Instagram post, one fan asked what was the latest update on Jackson’s legs. More specifically, they wanted to know if everything was good with him. Zach Roloff said his son was doing fine before explaining why it was hard for fans to see what the surgery really did for Jackson.
it’s tough because the screws in his legs help straighten the legs as he grows. Well for him he maybe grows [an] inch a year so it’s tough to see and won’t be obvious for awhile. [An] average person with same surgery you would see the difference a lot quicker.”
Zach Roloff clarified that because his son was a little person, it would take a lot longer for the surgery to make a noticeable difference in the bowing of his legs. Many fans chimed in praising Zach for being such a strong father. Others sent up prayers hoping progress would continue to be made with Jackson’s legs. A few fans even thanked Zach for the update on the situation.

Maybe people should leave that up to Zack, Tori and the Dr’s to be concerned about. Being a little person I’m sure there are a lot of underline factors to his outcome. I think your doing a great job I love the show and look forward to the scenes with your family.
