Aaron Carter Dead: No Will, Estate Hangs In Limbo
It was a sad week for Aaron Carter fans as he passed away on November 5. However, despite all the sadness surrounding the tragic event, there are still some logistical things that have to be figured out. This includes the star’s estate which is now hanging in limbo.

When someone dies, despite all the sadness, usually there is a time when someone has to figure out where all of that person’s belongings go. Of course, Aaron Carter is no different. However, according to The Sun, the star didn’t actually have a will which makes this process much harder.
Aaron, who was 34 years old at the time of his sudden death had both a fiance and an 11-month-old son. Seeing as he didn’t create a will (despite being advised to do so) that leaves his estate with the state. However, that’s not all bad. Apparently, a state will often time give an estate to the child. In this case, Aaron’s son.
However, it’s important to note that it has been reported that Aaron wasn’t actually in a good place financially when he passed. In fact, sources say that he would often spend any money he had and was even said to be living “hand-to-mouth.”
So, despite the fact that the estate is up in the air, there may not be much else left for his son.
What we know about his death
Of course, fans are still looking for answers. What exactly happened to Aaron Carter last weekend? At only 34 years old, no one expected this news to come so soon. What is known though is that he was found in his bathtub in his home in Lancaster, California. The police were responding to a call about a man drowning in his bathtub.
Of course, the man was Aaron Carter who was reported dead at the scene after being found unresponsive. A representative from Aaron’s team spoke out on the tragic event.
“The family has been notified and will be flying out to Los Angeles. Aaron worked very hard towards the end of his life in recovery, to be a good father and to make amends with his family,” the statement reads. “Unfortunately without proper recovery facilities available in our country and open borders, this is why we have an epidemic.”
