In case you didn’t know, Alyssa is currently pregnant with her and John’s fifth child. They already have four daughters, Allie, Lexi, Zoey, and Maci. They recently learned that baby number five is a boy. He’s likely their last child.
Since announcing her pregnancy, Alyssa Bates has been open about just how tough this pregnancy has been so far. So, John Webster wanted to show his love and appreciation for his wife.

On her Instagram Stories, Alyssa gave fans a peek into her birthday celebration on November 9. Sadly, her grandmother, Kelly Jo Bates’ mother Betty Jo Pitcher, passed away just one day prior. Amid this sad time in her life, Alyssa made sure to celebrate her birthday anyway and John went all out to spoil her.
Below, you can see a few of the photos she shared. She revealed that John brought her a bouquet of roses. They also enjoyed a wonderful date night out. She even got a special dessert with a birthday candle.

Alyssa also posted a regular post on her Instagram page, showing off her cute red dress and beautiful roses again. She thanked her followers for all of the birthday wishes. Then, she explained, “It’s been a bittersweet day with my grandmothers passing but I’m so thankful to be surround by loved ones!”
Then, the Bringing Up Bates star added, “A special thanks to John for bringing home roses and taking me to dinner.”
