TOWIE star Jess Wright recently talked about her battle with a painful skin condition. The 37-year-old who looks picture-perfect on camera revealed that she is just as human as everyone else and suffers from a condition called psoriasis. Jess Wright Reveals Psoriasis Has Taken A Toll On Her
Last month, the TV personality opened up about the dilemma and struggles of living with this agonizing skin condition. She shared a few snaps with her Instagram followers to check if anyone had any remedies to help ease her symptoms. In conversation with The Sun at London’s Disney100 Debut event, Jess revealed, “It just makes you feel really crap.”

“You just feel like you can’t, even like I want to wear something with my arms out but I don’t want to because I think it looks ugly. It’s really taking its toll mentally but you just have to try and have faith that eventually you can get to the bottom of it,” she explained.
Jess Wright Is Appreciative Of Fans Reaching Out To Help
Psoriasis is a condition that affects nearly 3 percent of the adult population in the United States which is more than 7.5 Million adults. It causes red, crusty, and flaky patches on the skin that are covered with silvery scales. After Jess shared her diagnosis, fans reached out to her with potential remedies and tips or simply to send her some love.

“I’ve had thousands of messages,” she said, “I can’t even actually read them all because it takes forever, it’s really sweet that there are so many people out there that want to help and are in the same position.”
Jess Reveals Her Psoriasis Worsened After Becoming A Mom
Back in October, Jess shared some pictures on her Instagram that showed how bad her condition was, especially in her arms. As per The Sun, she posed in front of her bathroom mirror and fans could also see visible patches on her face and legs. The ITVBe star captioned the picture explaining how her condition has become worse ever since she became a mom. She pleaded with fans for some tips that can help improve her skin condition.

She wrote, “My psoriasis has taken a turn for the worse since having a baby and I wanted to share it for anyone else suffering with it, in the hope it might make you feel less alone with it/we may be able to help each other eventually with remedies.”

The reality star further revealed that she spends her day covering up her arms. But, now, the condition has started affecting her face and legs as well after she welcomed her son Presley with her husband William Lee-Kemp in June 2022.
