Lawson Bates Is Not The Only Singer In His Family, Who Else Is?
Bringing Up Bates fans might know that Lawson Bates is a singer. He has made several music videos and released many songs. He also has concerts here and there. However, he’s not the only singer in his family. Someone else has the same musical talent that he does. Who is it?
If you follow Lawson on social media, you may have seen him talk about his music or promote his music videos. He also shares about his upcoming performances and makes other announcements.
Lawson Bates is not the only singer in his family.
This week, fans learned that Lawson is not the only member of the Bates family who sings. Carlin Bates posted on her Instagram Stories and shared a post from one of her followers. The photo is of the screen in the follower’s car.
A song called Show You I Do is playing and it’s performed by Carlin and her husband, Evan Stewart. The fan shared how much she loves this song and the meaning behind it. Longtime Bringing Up Bates fans might remember hearing about the song, which was released a couple of years ago. They sang the song at their wedding.
Since then, however, the couple hasn’t made any other music.

Over on Reddit, fans are discussing Carlin and Evan’s song. One fan said, “Ok I didn’t realize Carlin and Evan recorded a song and it’s on Spotify but they’re so much better than Lawson, it’s pathetic.”
The fan added, “Their voices definitely have potential. I wonder if Lawson feels threatened by them.”
Many fans agree that Carlin and Evan Stewart are better singers than Lawson Bates. But it doesn’t look like they are pursuing music the same way he does. Maybe it’s a good backup plan for them, but for now, Carlin and Evan are focusing on her health issues, their kids, the Bates Sisters Boutique, and their YouTube channel.
Some fans are pretty impressed anyway. One fan commented, “I love this Carlin/Evan song!”
One fan pointed out that Evan’s family has several singers as well, so that could be part of the reason they recorded this song.
