Gabby Windey Addresses Erich Schwer Absence
Former Bachelorette Gabby Windey is currently competing on Dancing With the Stars. She began the dancing competition just as the season finale and After the Final Rose special aired. So, her relationship with Erich Schwer didn’t really have a chance to be out in the open doing normal couple things. Now, for the past few weeks, Gabby has been performing without her engagement ring and no Erich in the audience cheering her on. Fans are concerned that there is trouble between them. Gabby spoke out about it. Keep reading to see what she has to say.
Gabby Windey addresses Erich Schwer’s absence
The Bachelorette addresses her engagement ring absence and why Erich has not been in the audience. She spoke with Fox News and said, “Life is just really busy for the both of us right now. So I understand their concern but we’re just kind of, you know, going forward with each of our individual interests and supporting each other from afar.”
Erich was nowhere to be found during Monday night’s Halloween performance. However, he did take to Instagram to ask fans to vote for Gabby. Other than that, he has not posted in more than a week.
In the past, it seems going on DWTS immediately following The Bachelorette has led to many failed relationships. It seems like Gabby and Erich may be the latest casualty.
Time will tell if the two can figure things out. However, as some pointed out on Twitter, it seems this was a soft launch of their breakup.

The way they were
Fans were hoping for the best for Gabby and Erich. They overcame some obstacles early on and seemed to be really in love.
In the finale, Erich professed how much he loves her before presenting her with an engagement ring. He said at the time, “You literally make me feel like I’m the only person in the world. And I will fight every day for the rest of my life to keep that feeling. I love you, Gabby Windey.” Erich continued, “You are amazing. You are the most amazing person I’ve ever met. It’s you and me until the wheels fall off. I’m head over heels in love with you, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you.”
Gabby has recently said that Erich is very supportive of her dancing and is cheering her on. She admitted she loved having him in the audience.
Now, there’s been no photos of them together and no engagement ring for two episodes.
