‘Sister Wives’ Meri Brown Shows True Colors, Fans Revolt
Sister Wives star Meri Brown has been a tad unpopular with viewers for quite some time. But her words and actions in Sunday night’s episode really seemed to push fans over the edge.

Viewers hate Meri Brown’s lack of empathy this season
During Sister Wives Season 17, fans watched Christine make the brave decision to walk away from the family once and for all. Janelle and Christine’s children all support the choice. But Robyn, Kody, and Meri seem to be really tough on Christine. An exchange between Meri and Robyn has fans up in arms this week.
During this week’s episode, Meri says she has been in bad spots with Kody before. She chooses to stick around and doesn’t understand why Christine can’t do the same. Fans seem to think that Meri is happy in her misery and wants everyone else to be just as miserable as she is. And that’s really bleeding over into the Reddit threads.
In a recent thread, one user said that Meri had an incredibly “punchable face” during the episode. Many other Redditors readily agreed.
“She is an angry, sad person bc the reality is Christine is doing what she wanted to so many years ago. All the mlm bossbabe living my why template posts in the world can’t hide that,” one Redditor said.
“Absolutely zero empathy or an ounce of understanding,” another added. “She is the controlling, angry, mean human I always thought she was.”
Fans still don’t want Kody to treat Meri badly, but they really just don’t understand her lack of compassion for Christine.

Logan Brown recently married his long-time girlfriend. At first, many Sister Wives fans speculated that Meri didn’t get an invite. After all, she does seem cold and standoffish with her sister wives’ children.
But after some digging, it seems that Meri was in attendance along with Kody and the other wives. Logan Brown largely seems to avoid the limelight and family drama. It makes sense that he would want Meri to be included, even if there might be personal feelings of resentment there.
