As TV Shows Ace reported, Jed and his wife, Katey Nakatsu, sat down for a Q&A video on YouTube recently. They didn’t shy away from some of the tougher, more controversial topics. In the video, the couple set the record straight on whether they were brainwashed or indoctrinated.

Also in the Q&A video, Katey and Jed Duggar opened up about the pain Josh has inflicted on the family over the past couple of years. A fan asked, “How are you all doing with Josh’s situation?”

In response, the 23-year-old said, “Yeah, that’s been probably one of the hardest things for our family. It has saddened us — my oldest brother, his decisions, things that he’s done. It’s a very sensitive spot in our family. Especially with Anna, you know, their kiddos, and [we] just try to be there for them as much as we can.”

He pointed out how much it means to be there for every member of his family amid this challenging time.

Then, Jed Duggar added, “I think spending time together as a family is important too, talking about things, and just being there.”

He said that the “main purpose”  is that he and Katey “can show love to family.”

Then, he concluded, “It’s just a hard time.”
