Why Isn’t A New Episode Of ‘7 Little Johnstons’ On Tonight?
7 Little Johnstons fans will be disappointed to learn that a new episode isn’t airing on TLC tonight, Tuesday, October 25. Since Season 12 kicked off back in August, fans have enjoyed spending their Tuesday evenings with the Johnstons. But this week, there is no need to tune in to TLC at 9/8c.
So, why is there not a new episode to watch? And when can fans expect new episodes to return to TLC? Keep reading for all of the details.
Why isn’t a new episode of 7 Little Johnstons on tonight?
Unfortunately, new episodes aren’t airing because Season 12 has come to an end. Fans learned last week that the season finale was airing on October 18. The season wrapped up with the Johnston family heading to Spokane, Washington for the Little People of America convention.
This left many viewers disappointed. Some felt that the season was too short and that the finale just snuck up on them.
Instead of 7 Little Johnstons airing at 9/8c, My Big Fat Fabulous Life will fill that time slot. Then, at MBFFL‘s usual air time at 10/9c, Our 2 Moms will come on.
Is Season 12 available to stream on-demand?
If you’re missing the Johnstons this week and want to re-watch old seasons of the show, you can find them on discovery+. All 12 seasons are accessible with a subscription to the streaming service.
Fans were previously upset that Season 12’s episodes weren’t being added at the same time new ones premiered on TLC. But fortunately, as soon as the season ended, they were all released on the streaming service. So, if you missed any episodes or simply wish to re-watch them, you can now do so.
Has 7 Little Johnstons Season 13 been confirmed?
At this point, the show has not been officially renewed for another season. However, the family has offered behind-the-scenes sneak peeks, which revealed that they are filming. This seems like a good sign that the Johnstons will return for another season, but fans will have to wait for official confirmation from TLC.
In the meantime, fans are enjoying keeping up with the Johnston family on Instagram. They’re often posting fun videos and lots of photos too.

Why take off a good family show when there some that shouldn’t be on Tv. We need more family show.
Please put this show back on. I love the watch this family.

yall TV folks need to get your act togeather yall can. take off some decent shows like 7 little Johnson. and bringing up bates. but leave some mess like my big fay fabulous life on which ant worth nothing. put our clean shows back on.

This is a great show I love you so I’ve been watching it since they were small and now you want to take it away from us what’s wrong with you people this is a good family show not a crappy show like the other shows you have a lot of people like this show brings me happiness and it makes me laugh so wonderful show
I don’t know why everyone is so upset. I don’t think the show has or will be cancelled. If you look back at the season episode guides you can see each season has only had 10 to 12
episodes. So anywhere from 10 to 12 episodes is normal for the show. That being said I also wish they would add more episodes to the seasons. They do the same with Little people big world. Why such short seasons tlc?
I do hope the show returns, this family addresses important life lessons, parenting & couple challenges. Love & respect. Working hard for what you want. Willing to try at least once to overcome fears. My list can just go on and on. I absolutely love the what they share. I would truly like to meet them one day just to say thank you for showing how important it is to have family fun regularly. 😊
