‘The View’: Whoopi Goldberg Rages At Unhelpful Producer

Whoopi Goldberg Snaps At A Producer On Sunny’s Birthday
As the co-hosts celebrated Sunny Hostin’s birthday, Whoopi got angry at The View producer for forgetting her cue cards. The complete cast and crew of the show stood in front of a big sparking digital sign that read, “Happy Birthday, Sunny!”

Even though the lines on the show ended two minutes early, the camera continued rolling. This is when the producers asked the 66-year-old to keep talking until the episode’s end. More so, this was when Whoopi burst out in anger at the producer and said, “Forget you!”

She followed her dialogue by wishing her co-host and said, “Happy birthday, Sunny!”
Whoopi Corrects Sunny For Wrongly Addressing Princess Diana
Time and again, Whoopi has been seen erupting on the show. Recently, she was slammed by fans for interrupting Sunny and then correcting her as she tried to make a point on-air. As per The Sun, the panel was discussing the details of Netflix’s upcoming show The Crown. As the co-hosts discussed the forthcoming season’s storyline, she talked about how the makers plan on handling Princess Diana’s death.

However, Sunny addressed the Royal family member with a different title as she said, “Some of the pushback they have been getting is about Lady Diana’s death because they are going to film it.”
Whoopi immediately cut off the 54-year-old mid-sentence as she said, “Princess”
Sunny, clearly stunned, squinted her eyes and shook her head in a back-and-forth direction. She even corrected herself by saying, “Princess” and continued debating on the topic.
Whoopi Goldberg Calls Out Sunny For Making Faces On Air
In another incident, the actress called out Sunny after she thought that the lawyer was shading her by making faces at her. Referring to the upcoming elections, Whoopi said, “I think you have to have a little more faith in people and they have made up their minds for a reason.”

While she continued talking on the topic, the camera stayed on her. However, she called out her co-host who seemed to have phased out somehow. The moderator called her out and asked, “Why are you looking at me like that?”
The camera immediately panned to Sunny who had a pout on her face and was looking down. Moreover, as the room went silent after the question, an unaware Sunny asked, “Oh, who me?”
