Tori Roloff Shares More Interrupted Sleep, It’s Not Josiah
Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff has been dealing with sleep issues for months. The mom of three previously talked about her infant son, Josiah, waking up during the night. And now, she’s had even more interrupted sleep. This time, the baby boy is not to blame. What happened?
Tori and her husband, Zach, welcomed Josiah to the world in April. Since then, she’s told LPBW fans all about the little guy’s issues. Unfortunately, he’s still not sleeping through the night. It sounds like the lack of sleep is really affecting her these days. With three young kids to care for, both Zach and Tori need their rest, of course.
Despite his ongoing issues, Tori recently moved Josiah out of her bedroom. Now, her sleep is still being interrupted, thanks to something else. What is going on now?
Tori Roloff reveals she’s having more sleep interruptions
In the middle of the night on Monday, the TLC star took to her Instagram Stories to show fans what is happening now. She posted the photo at around 2 or 3 AM PT, which is her local time. Her post is pretty relatable and many of her social media followers have likely been in the same position before.
The photo shows three smoke detectors with their battery doors open. It sounds like they started going off in the middle of the night, waking Tori up. Tori Roloff wrote, “Is there a law somewhere that says these things are only allowed to malfunction in the middle of the night?!”
Apparently, they have had issues with the smoke detectors since they moved into their new home in Washington last year. In her newest post, she announced, “Tonight they were all finally bested. Hopefully.”

Between her five-month-old son and now the smoke detectors, Tori Roloff hasn’t been able to get the rest she needs lately. Hopefully, after dealing with the smoke detectors, Tori was able to get some sleep. She didn’t reveal whether Josiah ended up interrupting her sleep on Monday night, so it’s unclear how much rest she got.
