‘DWTS’ Erin Andrews Announces Career Shakeup

DWTS alum signs on with CAA

Per Variety, Erin Andrews signed on with CAA. This is a career change for the sports announcer who wanted to remain with FOX Sports for the remainder of the offseason. Joe Buck and Troy Aikman left the network for ESPN. Erin is keeping fans on their toes with her career moves.

However, some NFL fans shared inappropriate responses. Some of them took to Variety’s tweet to share their thoughts. One bluntly asked, “Who cares?” while another said, “Great move.” A third wrote, “I love Erin! Congratulations!” and a fourth said, “Erin, don’t go away. Great reporting and knowledge of the game and sense of humor.”

She will use CAA for representation in future discussions. However, Erin will remain with SMAC Entertainment for management and Viewpoint for PR. She will continue to focus on her other ventures and projects. Back in 2019, the television personality debuted her athletic clothing line called WEAR by Erin Andrews.

Erin also continues to work with the MLB, NFL, NHL, and select NCAA schools. The busy lady also hosts her own podcast called Calm Down with Charissa Thompson twice a week on iHeartMedia.

Why did Erin Andrews cause a scene?

Earlier this month, Erin Andrews admitted something she isn’t proud of. She recalled a time when she “cause a little bit of a scene” while she was traveling. Erin forgot to bring her card with her to the hotel she was staying at. She thought having a picture of it would be enough.

“We’re all moving now to the Admiral’s Club,” Erin Andrews told her co-host, Charissa Thompson. “My card is not with my number, but I have a picture of my card.”

The employee informed her that she needed a physical card. Erin admitted that she was feeling a bit “hungry” and “tired.” After her long trip, she wanted to use the bathroom and to go bed. She politely asked customer service to accept the photo of her card.

Erin Andrews admitted that she “lost it.” She was so angry that she left the hotel. The sportscaster was willing to admit her mistakes. It’s not one of her proudest moments.
