Kelly Clarkson Talks Camila Cabello on ‘The Voice’
Kelly Clarkson left The Voice this season, much to the dismay of her fans. Replacing her and Ariana Grande was the duo of Camila Cabello and Gwen Stefani. While fans knew what to expect from Gwen, Camila was unknown.
In a recent interview with Gwen Stefani, Kelly Clarkson gave her thoughts on Camila so far on The Voice this season.

Gwen Stefani appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show and spoke to one of the women replacing her on The Voice. While talking to Gwen, Kelly said that it was “weird” not to be involved on the show anymore. Gwen admitted it was weird to be on Kelly’s show, saying she feels she is “cheating” on Kelly by appearing on the show.
However, the two began talking about Camila Cabello and her performance on the show. For Kelly, she said she is really impressed with how the Latina star has done since the show started this season. “I was so excited when they announced Camila,” she told Gwen. She also said she feels she and Camila have very similar personalities.
Gwen agreed with her, saying that she felt Camila went after Blake in the same manner Kelly did in the past. “She has the same mentality as you.” Gwen went on to say, “she doesn’t care about glam or about what she wears; she just talks a lot and she’s competitive … she’s you!”
Kelly Clarkson says she will probably return to The Voice
While appearing on The Voice, Kelly Clarkson won in four of her eight seasons, and her 50 percent winning percentage is higher than anyone in the show’s history. Blake Shelton has won more seasons than anyone in history, but he has been on the show every season since it started.
Kelly Clarkson left The Voice because she wanted to spend more time with her kids. She also said that she needed to get her daytime talk show changed up as she replaces Ellen DeGeneres in the network’s lineup. She also plans to release her new album next year, and something had to go. That was The Voice.
However, she said that she plans to return to The Voice. She rethought her comments and said she “might” but she clarified she intends to come back to the show and attempt to win more seasons, beating her rival Blake Shelton more times if possible. This should make her fans happy. Kelly was an institution on the show, and the idea of Kelly sparring with Blake once again is something fans want to see. This is even if Camila has done well against him on her own.
