Annjeanette Whaley is preparing for her own special day
Although Annjeanette Whaley went through some relationship drama during her episode, it seems like everything turned out all right in the end. Annjeanette and her partner Erica plan to marry on October 22, 2022. Right now, the TLC personality has a GoFundMe set up so she can afford a wedding dress.
“I am getting married on October 22, 2022 and I’m hoping to be able to wear something I feel beautiful in on the day that’s supposed to be the best day of my life,” Annjeanette shared on the GoFundMe page. “I am on disability so with bills and monthly other emergencies coming up I just can’t afford the dress. A lot of people have told me to start a fundraiser so I thought I’d give this a shot.”
She went on to describe issues she had finding a wedding dress as a plus-sized woman and just wants a little extra help. As of October 8, she managed to raise about $160 toward her goal.
Annjeanette’s fans and followers hope that she and Erica have a fantastic wedding day.
Did the TLC personality keep up with her journey?
Most of Annjeanette Whaley’s posts these days center around her personal life. She hasn’t had much to say about her weight loss journey, but as of 2019, it seemed like she was still trying.
In November 2019, she posted about how she was noticing small changes in her body after losing weight.
Without a doubt, My 600-Lb. Life fans would love to see Annjeanette on an episode of Where Are They Now. However, that probably won’t happen. Annjeanette Whaley was one of several former participants who filed lawsuits against the show, citing that the production is dishonest and doesn’t adequately prepare participants for the reality of their journey on the show.
