Former WWE ‘Tough Enough’ Winner Sara Lee Dead At 30

It is a sad day for the WWE. Former Tough Enough winner Sara Lee has tragically passed away at the tender age of 30. It was her mother, Terri Lee who was the first to break the news via social media. Soon, TMZ picked it up and hearts continued to break. Read on for more details.

Sara Lee, Gone Too Soon

According to TMZ, Sara’s mother broke the news of Sara’s passing on social media. Terri had this to say about her thirty-year-old daughter: “It is with heavy hearts we wanted to share that our Sara Weston has gone to be with Jesus. We are all in shock and arrangements are not complete. We ask that you respectfully let our family mourn.” There is currently no cause of death however Sara shared she was recently sick. She had come down with her first-ever sinus infection.

Fortunately, she was quite excited to be able to get back into the gym which seemed to be her happy place. Sara was also a very proud wife and mother. The winner of Tough Enough Season 6 wed Wesley Blake five years ago. He, too, was a wrestler, and together, they had three children. After Sara won Tough Enough, her prize was a one-year contract with the WWE. Finally, after her year, she was released but never stopped wrestling.

Sending Love

No doubt the wrestling world and WWE have been shaken by this news. After that announcement from her mother, Twitter has blown up with tributes to Sara Lee. Saraya shared photos of the two and wrote: “This is heartbreakingly tragic. Sending love to her family. Very sweet human who I got the pleasure to know and work with. Mick Foley added: “This is just awful news. I’m sending my best wishes and a healing prayer to her family and friends.”

Finally, Dana Brooke wrote: “My heart is so sad! Sara was such a pure soul, great woman, & even a better mother! Please read and consider.” In addition, she went on to include a GoFundMe that has been started by Bull James. It started two hours ago with the goal of 20K and has already surpassed that. This is a testament to how beloved she was as a person, a mother, and a wrestler. As more information comes in, TV Shows Ace will definitely stay on top of it.
