‘7 Little Johnstons:’ Liz Johnston & Brice Bolden’s Plans Fall Apart
In the Tuesday, October 4 episode of TLC’s 7 Little Johnstons, Liz Johnston and Brice Bolden are changing their plans. The couple isn’t exactly where they thought they would be at this point. Liz Johnston & Brice Bolden make plans together
On this season of 7 Little Johnstons, Liz and her boyfriend, Brice, have been making plans to move in together. This was a big deal for Amber and Trent Johnston, who initially said they didn’t want Liz to live with Brice until they get married.
After a few uncomfortable conversations, Trent approved of the idea and gave Liz and Brice the go-ahead.
However, things aren’t falling into place like the couple might have hoped they would.
7 Little Johnstons preview reveals things have changed
Ahead of the Tuesday, October 4 episode airing on TLC, the network dropped a preview, revealing what’s going on with Liz and Brice these days. In the clip, Liz chats with her mother, Amber about where she and Brice currently stand. Unfortunately, they can’t move in together right now.
Liz explains to her mom, “It’s just money-wise right now because he doesn’t want me to pay for like rent and utilities even when he does move in. He wants to do it the right way, and he wants to be able to have enough money so that when he moves in he can take care of rent, utilities, and all his bills.”
Right now, Brice is trying to save money as a safety net so he doesn’t have to head back to his parents’ home.
In the 7 Little Johnstons clip, Amber points out that Liz has been saving money since she was 16 years old, so she’s a bit ahead of Brice. Liz has simply had more opportunities and a better taste of the real world than Brice has at the time.
As for how much their timeline has changed, Liz says she thinks they might be able to move in together by the end of the year.
