Chris McNally Makes Sweet Revelation At ‘WCTH’ Fan Event
Fans of Hallmark’s of When Calls The Heart who attended the Hope Valley Days: A Hearties Reunion got some new information about Chris McNally’s personal life.
The WCTH star rarely shares personal information, but Hearties will surely find this sweet revelation absolutely adorable.

Hearties Find Out About Chris McNally’s Baby
According to a Twitter post shared by a Heartie that attended the WCTH fan event, Chris McNally and Julie Gonzalo had a baby girl.

In addition, this event attendee shared a video of the revelation. What happened?
A fan had asked Chris McNally about his character Lucas reading to Little Jack (Hyland Goodrich). The fan commented on some of the older types of books including Robin Hood.
McNally revealed that he loves the older tales, and even revealed that his father read the classic Jules Verne novel, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under The Sea to him growing up, and he loved it.
Next, he revealed that he recently purchased The Hobbit, assuming it was a novel for grown-ups. Turns out, this is a children’s book, although the actor was perplexed at how they managed to make three movies from this short tale.
Then, he revealed that he is putting the classic J.R.R. Tolkien novel on his daughter’s bookshelf. And then, the Hearties responded positively. This is the first bit of information about his baby daughter since the June announcement.
Of course, Julie and Chris are a classic Hallmark romance. They met on the set of The Sweetest Heart. Now, the When Calls The Heart star is talking about the books he will read his daughter.

Julie Tagged Chris In Baby Announcement
Back In June, Julie Gonzalo posted a baby announcement on Twitter. She shared a photo of baby feet with two sets of hands. She wrote, “Our hearts are full…Welcome baby M ❤️” Moreover, she tagged Chris McNally in that photo.
For a lot of When Calls The Heart fans, this connection was a revelation. Many people did not know that Chris McNally was about to become a father, nor did they know that he and Julie Gonzalo were a couple, let alone about to be parents.

The Sweet Way Julie Gonzalo And Chris McNally Met
When Julie and Chris first met on the set of The Sweetest Heart, Julie made sure that the two got to know each other. Hallmark movies only take three weeks to film. Therefore, spending some time together is essential to develop chemistry.
The Dallas star shared to Fansided that they hung out together during their off times. Moreover, she found that he was a “wonderful” person.
So we took the time to just kind of chat and talk and get to know each other as much as we could in the little time that we had. And then throughout the film, we were able to get together after work and read some lines. And he’s such a wonderful, wonderful person and a terrific actor so it was very easy with him.
Now, they are wonderful parents to baby girl McNally.
