‘The View’ Host Sunny Hostin Snubbed By Producers On Live TV
The View host Sunny Hostin had an awkward moment on live TV after she was shut off abruptly by the producers. The View Panelists Discuss CNN Anchor Christiane’s Objection
During The View’s Friday episode, the topic of discussion was the CNN anchor Christiane Amanpour. The hosts discussed how the anchor objected to a rushed demand that she wear a head scarf before she can interview Ebrahim Raisi, the Iranian president.

As per the official report by CNN, “Some 40 minutes before the interview was scheduled to start … an aide told Amanpour the president had suggested that she wear a head scarf. Amanpour said that she politely declined the request.”
Christiane works as the chief international anchor for CNN. She grew up in Tehran, the capital of Iran, and generally wears a head scarf when reporting out of the United States to comply with the local customs and laws. As per The Sun, the 64-year-old denied the request as the interview was taking place in the United States. So, there was no reason for her to cover up with a scarf.
Sunny Hostin Shares A Personal Story Of Her Interaction With Christiane
While the panelists defended the anchor’s decision, Sunny chimed in with a story about her first conversation with Christiane. She also talked about the lessons she learned from the conversation. She recollected the incident and mentioned that she was standing right beside two fellow journalists taller than her.

“I got a call from Christiane Amanpour, and she said, ‘where is your box?’”
For the unversed, this aforementioned box, also known as the apple box, is used by an individual with short height to stand on and appear taller.
Narrating her story, Sunny continued, “She said, ‘Don’t ever do a report where you are dwarfed by men’.”

The ABC analyst further explained that she didn’t know that she could ask for one. That is when the legendary reporter asked to be put on speaker.
Christiane said, “This is Christiane Amanpour, get Sunny Hostin a box.”
It seemed like the host was about to narrate some more before she was cut off by Joy Behar. Immediately after, the show turned to commercials.
Sunny Hostin Dubbed ‘Pervert’ By Actress Jameela Jamil
Recently, the host interviewed Jameela Jamil about her appearance on Disney+’s latest series, She-Hulk: Attorney At Law. However, during the interview, Jameela dubbed Sunny a ‘pervert’ given the way she pronounced her character’s name on Live TV.

Sunny said, “As we just saw in the clip, you came to kick some, you know, butt in Marvel’s new She-Hulk series, but it’s not as easy as it seems, right? Because you’re playing Titiana? Titania?”
Jameela quipped in response, “Because of my boobs, everyone calls her that. It’s Titania, you pervert!”

Sunny is a total ham! She’s in love with herself. How many times do we have to listen to …I’m a former prosecutor ! Truthfully between talking about herself and being rude she tries to hog every minute of the view.

Sonny needs to be more respectful of her cohosts, when it’s their turn to speak allow them to complete their point/opinion.

I doubt seriously if Sunny was trying to make fun of the character’s name. She just mispronounced it and as for her being snubbed, I think the writer of the article, Priyanka Chandrakar. is exaggerating. It was time for a commercial. They cut everyone off including Whoopie when it is time to go to a break. Priyanka, try writing articles that are true and stop trying to initiate nonsense.

Sunny Hostin has become very obnoxious and braggadocious..making every hot topic about herself. Am I the only one tired of her stupid deadpan faces she makes to the camera and other co-hosts when she disagrees? She constantly and rudely interrupts and talks over everyone!
