TLC dropped a Sister Wives bonus scene on Instagram that revealed how Kody, Janelle, and Christine Brown felt about their older children continuing to live at home. Unsurprisingly, Janelle and Christine Brown didn’t have nearly the same issues with it as Kody. Sister Wives fans are well aware of how much Christine loves her children. Did Christine Brown leave Kody for her children?
It is certainly no secret that Christine Brown loves her children. Both Christine and Janelle have made it very clear to Kody that they will always put their children before him. In fact, Christine reached a point where putting herself and her children first meant leaving Kody. As TvShowsAce previously reported, Kody Brown breaking Ysabel’s heart when he didn’t go to her surgery was ultimately the final nail in the coffin of their relationship. After splitting from Kody, Christine didn’t waste any time returning to Utah to be closer to her children. Christine Brown explained she had a community of people who loved her in Utah and that’s just where she needed to be.
How does she feel about adult children at home?
Christine Brown admits she’s a firm believer in the fact that her children do need to leave the nest and live their life. That being said, she is not the mother who would toss her children into the world if they weren’t ready to fly. Moreover, Christine explains that it doesn’t matter how old her children get, where they live, or what their political/religious beliefs are. Christine Brown vows that she will never write off any of her children. And, she will always be there in a heartbeat if they say they need her help.
