Is Carlin Bates Still Having Seizures?
Is Bringing Up Bates star Carlin Bates Stewart still passing out and having seizure symptoms? Since May, she has been having health episodes and has been hoping to get answers from her doctors. Now, she has an update in response to fans’ many questions. Keep reading to get all of the details and find out what the latest update is on Carlin’s health issues.
If you didn’t know, Carlin has been in and out of the hospital and has had many different tests run. So far, however, she hasn’t gotten any answers. She hopped back online on Wednesday to give fans an update before heading to another doctor’s appointment.
Is Carlin Bates still having seizures?
It’s been a little while since Carlin Bates has posted about having a seizure. She has been on anti-seizure medication, so fans thought this might have been helping. So, is she still having them?
On her way to her cardiologist appointment Wednesday, Carlin chatted with fans via her Instagram Stories.
She explained, “I have a few DMs of you guys checking in on me, asking about, like, if I’m still having seizures and passing out regularly. And I am. I just don’t talk about it as much especially recently because I get extremely emotional about it. It’s like an up and down roller coaster.”
Unfortunately, she still doesn’t have any answers or an official diagnosis yet.

Amid all this hardship, fans have been rallying around Carlin and offering to help in any way they can. In one of her Instagram Stories, Carlin showed her appreciation to fans who have been praying for her and checking in on her. She said that she is “grateful” for all of the support.
Also in these Stories, Carlin pointed out that she hasn’t driven since May. She joked that she’s going to need to take classes to relearn how to drive.
Hopefully, Carlin Bates will get more answers very soon. Along the way, she will likely continue to keep her followers updated on what is going on.
