Can fans still watch DWTS Season 31 if they missed the live stream?
Many fans have decided to boycott DWTS Season 31 over the move to Disney+. But those with a subscription are still excited to catch all the action and excitement.
The live stream began at 8 PM eastern time and 5 PM pacific time. This meant that many fans living on the west coast were still leaving work and didn’t quite get the chance to catch the beginning. So will they be able to rewatch later, or will they be out of luck?
The good news is that fans can pause the DWTS Season 31 live stream, start it over from the beginning, or even catch it the next day if they weren’t able to tune in.
Plenty of fans are upset about the live stream, but Disney+ is doing everything in its power to make the show accessible to fans. Judge Derek Hough confirmed the news in a recent interview with TV Line.
“In some ways, it feels like a brand-new show. We’ve been on for 16 years and 30 seasons. The show has been so special to so many people. I recently read that there are more people watching streaming than there are people watching cable. We all know that the move to streaming has been inevitable. I’m really proud to be a part of a show that’s ahead of the curve and always has been. It’s exciting and it’s also uncertain,” the Utah-native told the publication.
Fans can’t wait to see the star-studded cast
The official DWTS Season 31 cast was revealed on Good Morning America on September 8. Many fans were delighted to learn that major names like Wayne Brady would compete this year.
Other competitors include actress Selma Blair, TikToker Charli D’Amelio, singer Jessie James Decker, and more.
Disney+ will air brand new episodes of DWTS Season 31 every Monday night at 8 PM eastern time. Don’t forget to tune in next week to catch the next exciting installment!
