Patrick Dempsey SHOCKS With Wild New Hair
Patrick Dempsey is not just an incredibly talented and versatile actor. He is also extremely handsome with a gorgeous head of hair. However, at the D23 Expo, fans were stunned to see he had undergone a drastic hair transformation. The formerly salt-and-pepper Dr. McDreamy was almost unrecognizable. So, what exactly did Patrick do with his locks that was so shocking? Read on to find out more.
Patrick Dempsey Is A Blonde Bombshell
At the D23 Expo, Patrick was being honored along with some of his ABC and Grey’s Anatomy family. Additionally, he finally unveiled the trailer for the long-awaited sequel to the hit film Enchanted. While promoting Disenchanted, it was hard to miss his bleached-out hair. The 56-year-old actor told E! News that the transformation was actually for a movie. He will take on the role of Piero Taruffi in Ferrari.

However, he is not tone deaf to what his followers might think as he told Variety this: “I’m known for my hair.” Yes, he is but he is also known for his talent having started at an early age. Viewers may remember him in the teen eighties film Can’t Buy Me Love. He then progressed to legitimate television royalty as Dr. Derek Shepherd on Grey’s Anatomy. His character was the perfect foil for Meredith Grey and their back-and-forth tension.
When he was killed off, it was like losing a friend or a member of the family. Viewers continue to remain hopeful he will return at some point. Luckily, they have Disenchanted to keep them warm during the holidays as the film will hit Disney+ on November 24th. It will reunite Patrick with Amy Adams in the charming musical about a single father who finds love with a lost almost-princess. Yet, back to his new hair. What do the fans think of it?

Now that Patrick Dempsey’s white-hot hair is out in the public sphere, people have a lot of thoughts. They immediately took to Twitter and this is what they had to say:
