In a new post on the Duggar Bates Confessions Instagram page, a fan pointed out how supportive Evan is amid Carlin’s health issues. The fan noted that he seems genuinely concerned about her and appears to be scared to lose her.
In the comments section of the confession post, other fans are chiming in and talking about how much they love Evan. Some think that Carlin Bates and Evan Stewart make a great pair. One fan says that Carlin couldn’t have found another “man more perfect for her.”

Carlin Bates also praised her husband for always being by her side amid this difficult time. He recently had to give up his job to stay home with her and their two young kids, Layla, 2 years, and Zade, 5 months.
Others aren’t so sure about Carlin Bates’ husband.
As we recently reported, Evan was slammed by fans and critics for recording videos of Carlin’s seizures and posting them online. Though Carlin’s doctors would like to see videos of her episodes to help get her a diagnosis, fans dislike that Evan posts them on YouTube.
Now, more fans are sharing similar sentiments in the comments of the Duggar Bates Confessions Instagram post. One upset fan wrote:
“Yeah, Evan loves her so much that he films or takes pictures in her vulnerable moments. If my significant other did that I would see that as selfish not loving.”
It looks like not all fans agree with how Evan Stewart treats Carlin Bates amid her health concerns. Of course, fans only see a small glimpse into their lives and don’t know what is really going on.
