As far as Good Morning America couples are concerned, Gio Benitez and his husband, Tommy DiDario are a fan favorite. A quick skim through their Instagram profiles reveals this sweet couple enjoy making the most of their time together by enjoying lavish vacations, spending lots of time outdoors, and embracing every moment of family time.
At 36, Gio Benitez’s star credit to his resume is his role as a Good Morning America host. He, however, has dabbled in other programs including 20/20, Nightline, and ABC’s World News Tonight. Gio first met his gorgeous husband Tommy, who is also 36, back in 2015. Gio Benitez has previously told his fans and followers he enjoyed his very first date with Tommy while having margaritas and tacos.
During a trip to Paris in 2015, the two got engaged. It was just a year later they got married in Gio’s hometown (Miami). Gio’s most recent post with his husband was just two weeks ago. He shared an animated photo of himself and his husband inside of a vehicle. In the caption, he penned it was “the summer of love.”

Six weeks ago, both Tommy and Gio posted a photo in a sideways embrace while standing in front of a beautiful waterfall. In the caption, the sweet couple said goodbye to Costa Rica as they headed back home from their lavish vacation. Both Gio and Tommy noted they left Costa Rica with “full hearts.”
Again, fans were overwhelmed by how “ridiculously attractive” Gio Benitez and his husband Tommy are. Fans noted they were a “cute couple” and thanked them for sharing snapshots from their vacation.
