‘My 600-Lb. Life’ Justin McSwain Shows Off New Body Modification
My 600-Lb. Life fans remember Justin McSwain as one of the more successful cases on the show. He managed to overcome his lifestyle challenges and make a lot of progress in Dr. Now’s program. The TLC personality is pretty active on Instagram and says he has a brand new life after his weight loss journey.
As of 2022, Justin loves hiking and even made moves toward getting his pilot’s license. He knows he can do anything he sets his mind to.
And that’s exactly why he recently opted to move forward with one body modification he’s always wanted. Keep reading to see the photo!

After appearing on My 600-Lb. Life, many participants go on to have bariatric surgery and even skin removal surgery. Dr. Now is usually willing to do whatever it takes to make their lives happier and healthier.
However, there is one body modification that Dr. Now can’t really help with — tattoos. Justin McSwain recently took to Instagram to show off his brand new body art. But what did he get?
It appears that Justin McSwain is actually a huge Pokemon fan! The TLC personality recently uploaded a photo of his newest tattoo. Fans went wild for the new body art.
“Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtle! First of many mashup pieces for the leg. Absolutely in love with the blending and line work, @slickkdvgod did an awesome job. If you’re in Pineville looking for some new ink, look him up!” Justin captioned the photo. “Once done, the whole leg will be a Pokémon mashup with some of my favorite things. What do you think should be next? I’m thinking Prince Zukomander, Super Saiyan Snorlax, or Crash Hitmonleecoot! Comment any suggestions if you have them!”
Of course, followers had no shortage of ideas. Justin’s fans loved the idea of combining different pop culture icons with Pokemon. Perhaps Prince Zukomander will be Justin’s next tattoo. His followers will just have to wait and see.
The TLC personality is loving his new life
The Pokemon tattoo is just one of many major lifestyle changes Justin has made in the past year. On his Instagram page, he also revealed that he finally purchased a Tesla. He wanted one for quite some time.
“Oh, how far we’ve come!” Justin posted on captioned his photo. “I’ve wanted a Tesla since they were first announced, but it was nothing more than a daydream. But over these past few years, I’ve gone from being the size of a car to turning that car daydream into a reality!”
