As we’ve reported in the past, Amber often takes to social media to share progress pictures along her weight loss journey. Fans are often amazed by how much weight she’s lost and how much happier and healthier she’s looking these days.

Amber Johnston shows off incredible weight loss
On her Instagram Stories this weekend, Amber shared a couple of new posts with fans. One is a screenshot of one of her Facebook posts. She shared a memory from two years ago and wrote that today, she is “50lbs gone and holding strong.” She gave credit to her “lifestyle changes.”
Amber Johnston’s Facebook memory post includes details about her weight gain and what motivated her to begin losing it. She said that she had a back injury and needed steroids, which ended up making her gain weight.
When she went on a hike with her family, she struggled. This was her wake-up call. She wrote, “I came home and knew I had to change my lifestyle. And I did!!! 2 months in and 25lbs gone. I still have 20lbs to go, but I want to tell all of YOU, it is achievable.”

Because these before and after photos were shared on Amber Johnston’s Instagram Stories, fans can’t publicly comment. But she’s likely getting lots of love and praise from fans. Maybe she will continue to keep 7 Little Johnstons fans updated along her health journey. It’s unclear if she’s still trying to lose weight at this point or if she’s stopping here.
