On social media, Olivia is pretty open and honest with her followers. After all, she puts her life on display on TLC’s Welcome to Plathville. So, there isn’t much that she keeps private. For example, she recently opened up about her mental health on social media.
Recently, on social media, she opened up to fans about something she loves about other countries and states. But because she lives in Tampa, Florida, she sometimes misses out on the experience.
In the snap below, you can see Olivia on her recent trip to Europe. She visited many different places with her husband, Ethan Plath. It sounds like the couple had a wonderful trip and enjoyed exploring the continent. She posted a handful of photos online, giving fans a peek into her fun getaway.
On her Instagram Stories, the Welcome to Plathville star shared a photo of herself taking a picture of the beautiful greenery and scenery. She’s wearing a pair of denim cut-off shorts and a long-sleeved flannel shirt.
In addition to sharing the photo, she wrote, “Florida doesn’t get a regular autumn season, so I’m just reminiscing on these days in Scotland which felt like autumn.”

At this point, Olivia hasn’t officially shared her plans with Welcome to Plathville fans. She previously said she may stay in Tampa and just rent month-to-month rather than signing a long-term lease.
But she seemed interested in moving around and checking out a variety of places. As a photographer, she can work just about anywhere. So, it looks like she has many options. It doesn’t sound like she’s opposed to traveling more soon, too, so that may be what is next for her and Ethan.
Hopefully, she will share more details about her living situation soon, because fans are likely curious. Based on Olivia’s new Instagram post, it sounds like she might be interested in living somewhere with seasons.
