Todd Chrisley On The Mend With Grandson Jackson?
Chrisley Knows Best fans were heartbroken with Lindsie revealed her son Jackson had no relationship with his grandfather, Todd. For a long time, Lindsie and Todd wouldn’t come within spitting distance of each other. Lindsie Chrisley had her family blocked on social media. And, things got ugly any time they talked about each other.
During Q&A sessions on Instagram, Lindsie admitted it had been a long time since she spoke to her father on the phone. She, however, made a point to clarify the phone works both ways. Sadly, she insisted her father hadn’t made any effort to reach out to her.
Chrisley Knows Best fans pushed for more information at the time. Did Todd have a relationship with his grandson, Jackson? Sadly, at the time, the answer was no.
Things, however, have changed recently. Lindsie Chrisley went through a very nasty divorce. And, her ex-husband never really cared for her family. Lindsie learned her father penned a beautiful tribute to her. Reached out to her if she needed him. So, she reached back out to her father. She unblocked him. They’ve been mending their relationship ever since.
Jackson finally has his ‘papa’ Todd Chrisley again
Lindsie Chrisley’s son Jackson affectionately refers to his grandpa as “papa.” While she hasn’t shared any photos suggesting they’ve spent time together in person, she has shared screenshots of multiple video calls revealing that she spends a lot of time talking to her father via video call. Her photos also reveal that Jackson is finally getting to reconnect with his papa. In the photos, Jackson has a huge smile on his face as he chats with Todd Chrisley.
Chrisley Knows Best fans are here for this father and daughter finding their way back to each other. It is something fans have always wanted to happen. Likewise, fans LOVE that Jackson is finally getting to spend some time with his grandfather.
Presently, it is unclear what Lindsie’s relationship is like with her stepmother Julie. As fans know, Lindsie once accused Julie of changing her father. Likewise, Lindsie claimed Julie got rough with her once while they were filming. So, fans can only hope Lindsie is mending her relationship with Julie as well.
