‘Bringing Up Bates:’ Who Might Be Pregnant Next?
In the Bringing Up Bates family, someone is always expecting. Gil and Kelly Bates have 19 children, and now, many of their kids are grown up, married, and have started their own families.
Their 21st grandchild, Cambree, was born last month. She is Tori and Bobby Smith’s fourth child.

Who is currently pregnant?
Currently, only two members of the Bates family are known to be pregnant. Esther Keyes (Nathan Bates’ wife) is pregnant with her first baby. Nathan and Esther first shared their big news on Mother’s Day 2022 after tying the knot in October 2021. They recently announced that the baby is a girl and they will name her Kenna Joy. The baby is due in October, so she will be here very soon.
Last month, Katie Bates and Travis Clark announced to Bringing Up Bates fans that they are going to welcome their own bundle of joy in March 2023. At this point, they don’t know the gender and don’t have a name picked out, but they are having a gender reveal party this month.

However, fans think it’s possible that more of the ladies are pregnant now or will be soon. Maybe some of them are just waiting a little bit longer to make these announcements.
On Reddit, fans are currently discussing who may be and who may not be pregnant this year or next year. Of course, this is all speculation, so Bringing Up Bates fans will just have to wait and see what announcements come out over the next few months.
There are several threads filled with fans’ predictions. One fan also made a separate thread to discuss who might end up giving birth next year.
On Reddit, some fans believe Alyssa Webster will have her fifth child sometime in 2023. She has talked about stopping at four kids, but fans think she may want to have a son after having four daughters.
One Bringing Up Bates fan says, “I think Tori, Whitney, Lydia, and Tiffany will be pregnant and give birth in 2023. I think Josie, Carlin, and Alyssa will announce pregnancies in 2023 but will give birth in 2024.”
