Christine Brown Spills REAL Reason She Dumped Kody
Sister Wives fans have been all over the place with theories on why Christine Brown finally decided to dump her husband Kody. Ultimately, fans are convinced the lack of love, communication, trust, and intimacy were all building blocks to what ended this marriage. Turns out, the final nail in the coffin to the death of their marriage had nothing to do with any of those things. It was something Kody Brown did to one of their children.

The real reason Christine Brown left Kody
Ahead of the Season 17 Premiere, Christine Brown is spilling all the dirty laundry on the end of her marriage with Kody Brown. Truthfully, Christine was bothered by the lack of trust, love, intimacy, and communication in her marriage. She also admits she had reached a point where she lost all respect for her husband. Despite these all being horrible things that didn’t make her feel great about her marriage, none of these was the real nail in the coffin. Ultimately, Ysabel was the reason Christine Brown made the decision to leave Kody.
Sister Wives fans everywhere agreed that Kody Brown made a colossal mistake when he wasn’t there for Ysabel during her surgery. Blaming COVID, Kody claimed he just wasn’t comfortable traveling to be there for her surgery. Fans watched as Ysabel broke down because, at that moment, she wanted her father’s love and perfection. She was just a girl that wanted her daddy.
Christine Brown admits that Kody broke their daughter’s heart that day. He did irreversible damage to their family and their relationship. And, she would never forgive him for it.
I really find it hard to stay with a guy who I don’t respect. I understood COVID, and why he couldn’t come, but she didn’t. And she still has a really hard time with it.”
Kody Brown refuses to take the blame
In a recent sneak preview, Christine Brown argued that Kody claiming he wasn’t attracted to her and shrugging off the possibility of intimacy was one of the reasons she decided to leave. Kody, however, argues she had been threatening to leave him for a year. So, it was her fault he wasn’t interested in being intimate with her. From Kody Brown’s point of view, Christine played a huge role in why their relationship fell apart and he refuses to take all the blame for it.
