Showtime’s ‘City On A Hill’ Season 3 Episode 4 Delayed, Why?
Showtime’s crime drama series City On A Hill first premiered on June 16, 2019. Ever since it has become the go-to series for fans who love a great storyline. Currently, the show is airing its third season. But, it looks like fans might have to wait for Episode 4 a bit longer. The official Showtime website lists Jackass Forever to be aired instead of this hit series.

City On A Hill Is On A Hiatus For A Week
As per Meaww, the show makers are opting for a week-long hiatus, and the episode won’t be airing as per its original schedule, which was on August 21. That’s a bummer for fans considering the fact that the show entered an exciting journey with Episode 3 and teased a remarkable storyline for future episodes.

Starring Kevin Bacon as Jackie Rohr, Episode 3 focuses on an ongoing steamy affair between Jackie and Letitia. Other characters from the show are also on their journey toward an exciting future in the series. Jenny, portrayed by Jill Hennessey, is struggling with her emotions. After her teen daughter Benedetta gets through to college, she has to come to terms with her absence. Moreover, the assault charge from her father after she shocks him in the face is also something she has to deal with.

Apart from this, Sioban, portrayed by Lauren E Banks, is dealing with a haunting event from her past. However, these events start ailing her after her friend passes away, leaving her next of kin. Similarly, Decourcy Ward, portrayed by Aldis Hodge, deals with his father’s death the way he should.
Jackass Forever To Premiere In City On A Hill‘s Time Slot
As per reports, Showtime has temporarily replaced the 90s Boston crime drama with a movie premiere. The movie’s premise is similar to that of P-Valley. The time slot will be given out for the premiere of the 2022 comedy flick Jackass Forever. Produced and directed by Jeff Tremaine, the movie will premiere at 9 pm ET and will be followed by an episode from Flatbush Misdemeanors.

Finally, City On A Hill Season 3 Episode 4, titled ‘Ugly, Like I Said,’ will now air on August 26 on Streaming/Demand & on August 28 at 10 pm ET on Showtime.

Showtime’s synopsis for Episode 4 reads, “As Jackie continues his fling with Letitia Dryden, Jenny sets out to get her husband reinstated in the FBI. The pressure on Decourcy mounts when a colleague competing for the position of DA lands a conviction. Caysen testifies at the federal trial of Tony Suferin and is blindsided by the consequences. A threatening interaction offers Siobhan a sense of what exactly she is up against in her fight for the Mendoza family.”

I’m on the edge of my chair anxiously awaiting episode 4. I was so disappointed it was not on this past Sunday. The guys on the Jackass show really are jackasses and lucky they lived through their stupid stunts to talk about them.
Forget Jackasses…give us Kevin Bacon…City on a Hill…PLEASE!! 🙂
