When Is The Wedding? Kaitlyn Bristowe Shares Planning Struggles
Fans have anxiously been waiting to hear more about when former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe is tying the knot with Jason Tartick. Many are hoping it will be sooner rather than later. So, what are their plans for their big day? Keep reading to find out more.
When is Kaitlyn Bristowe getting hitched?
US Weekly shared what Kaitlyn Bristowe had to say about getting married and when her wedding will be. While everyone hopes it’s soon it seems like that may not be the case. Apparently, Kaitlyn and Jason are struggling to agree on all things wedding.
The Bachelor Nation couple was planning on getting hitched on New Year’s Eve 2022. However, they can’t seem to come to any agreement on all things involving their big day.
Kaitlyn said, “I really wanted to. I would still actually be happy to do it.” She continued, “Jason and I are so funny. Like, if we talk about a venue — we actually have such different styles, different tastes, different everything that it’s almost frustrating. Because I’ll be like, ‘I’m in love with this venue and it’s perfect and it’s open.’ And he’ll be like, ‘Oh, no, that’s no. That’s not the style we’re going for at all.’”
She also noted that everyone is booking up venues since the pandemic has postponed so many weddings.
Jason wants it to be big
It also makes it a little harder because she said Jason really has his heart set on a big wedding.
As for her, she would be willing to go small. However, that won’t work for Jason.
Kaitlyn said, “If we both agree on a venue, it’s booked until, like, late next year. Could we just potentially have this small, little intimate event in our backyard [or] anywhere — I don’t care on the lake or wherever, and then do the party thing at a venue later next year?’ I’m still into that idea. So we’re trying to come up with ideas just because I did not know that finding a venue or picking a date would be this hard.”
She has even suggested hitting up the courthouse but she said Jason is not down with that.
Her wedding look
Kaitlyn has also spoken about her wedding look. She thinks doing something out of the box is also cool. She said it would be neat to have her in a dress and her bridesmaids in pantsuits. Then, she would switch it up and have herself in a pantsuit and her bridesmaids in dresses for the reception.
Kaitlyn is having a hard deciding on anything it seems. She said, “I want a pantsuit. I want a tight dress, I want a loose dress, I want a short dress.” She continued, “I want a crop top. I can’t make a decision to save my life.”
So, while fans hoped the two would be tying the knot in 2022 it is seeming less likely.
The couple got engaged in May 2021 after two years of dating. Fans love them together and can’t wait until they finally become husband and wife.
