Khloe Kardashian Wins After Tristan’s Cheating Embarrassment
Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson just recently had a baby via surrogate together. However, that doesn’t mean everything is going smoothly. In fact, the couple has been trying to work through Tristan Thompson’s cheating scandal. It seems that Khloe Kardashian is coming out on top though.

Things seem to be going pretty well for Khloe Kardashian despite her current romantic life. The star just had a new baby boy via surrogate. However, since Tristan cheated on Khloe and they are no longer together, they had to figure out who has custody over the new little boy.
According to The Sun, Khloe will have full-time custody of the baby.
“Khloe and Tristan have agreed that Khloe will have sole legal and physical custody of their baby full time,” a source says. That’s not to say Tristan won’t be apart of the baby’s life though. Apparently, he is pretty happy to have a boy the source reports. “However, Tristan is so excited to have welcomed a son because he really wanted another boy.
They go on to explain how the arrangement will work.
“Even though Khloe will have full custody of the baby, she’s more than happy for Tristan to be present in their child’s life as much as he wants.”
The birth story
Of course, some have wondered the baby’s birth story and how the whole thing worked with the couple no longer being together. At the end of the day, the couple decided to have Khloe in the room while the baby came into the world and not Tristan.
“Tristan and Khloe decided it would be better to have Khloe be there in the hospital while the surrogate was giving birth, and to have Tristan back home looking after True,” the source reports.
As for their relationship? It sounds like Khloe won’t be forgiving her ex-boyfriend any time soon. In fact, she has very firm boundaries and only looks at him as the father of her children. Despite rumors, it sounds like the pair won’t be getting back together any time soon.
“He has been trying his best to convince Khloe she should forgive him, and they should just be a happy little family like they planned,” the source says. “But Khloe is keeping very firm boundaries.
