Lacey Chabert Reveals She Will Be Filming New Hallmark Movie
It is Christmas Con Pasadena weekend and many Hallmark stars are there to celebrate Christmas movies. This includes Lacey Chabert.
Moreover, she shared some news about a new movie, as well as why she won’t be hugging anyone this weekend.
Lacey Chabert Is Not Hugging Anyone At Christmas Con
On Friday, Lacey Chabert took to her Instagram Stories to talk about what is going on with her. She started out talking about her excitement at seeing fans at Christmas Con, which had so many delays due to the pandemic. “Christmas Con Pasadena has been such a long time in the making.”
The Hallmark star was bubbling over with excitement about meeting fans. However, she did want to let them know that she going to do something different this time around.
“Just wanted to give you a heads up. The exciting news A few days after this exciting convention I am going to make a Christmas movie! I am going to do my absolute best to stay safe.”
After mentioning that she was concerned about being safe for fans and for her upcoming movie, she went on to share how this meet-up will be a little different from normal.
“I won’t be hugging everybody this time around like I normally do. But we are just going to be spending so much good time together, taking pictures.”
Lacey Chabert Is Making A Hallmark Christmas Movie Soon!
We buried the lead with reporting that Lacey is not hugging anyone at Christmas Con. The big story is that she is going to start filming a Hallmark Christmas movie soon.
To make it clear, Lacey Chabert did not specifically state that she is filming a Hallmark Christmas movie. However, earlier this year she signed an exclusive contract with Hallmark’s parent company, Crown Media. That means she is only doing Hallmark rom-coms and Christmas movies.
Therefore, she is getting set to film a new Hallmark Christmas movie! But, we don’t know specifics. Who is her costar? Where are they filming? What is the movie called?
We will likely learn more in the upcoming weeks. The Mean Girls star always makes a special Christmas movie.
Hallmark Star Had Ear Surgery
Lacey Chabert also revealed that she had surgery on her ear drum. Therefore, she asked fans for a special favor. “I had ear surgery three weeks ago. If you come up can you come up to this side?” She then pointed to her right ear.
She laughed her adorable laugh and insisted, “I am totally fine. Talk to my side.” Meanwhile, the writing on her post said “I jumped in a pool ONE time.”
The Hallmark star did say she would tell the story at Christmas Con. However, there are so many questions now. Was her Christmas movie delayed due to her injury? She likely could not fly immediately after an eardrum surgery. Therefore, she may have a lot more than a pool story to discuss.
