Former 19 Kids & Counting and Counting On star Jim Bob Duggar is being attacked over his lack of parenting skills in a resurfaced video. After the video made its rounds again online, fans had a lot to say about his ability to discipline his kids and grandkids, too.

Jim Bob Duggar’s parenting skills resurface online.
An old clip from the Duggar family’s TLC show has popped up online again. These videos make their rounds sometimes as fans and critics rewatch old episodes.
The video in question features Jim Bob Duggar attempting to discipline his grandkids.
In the video, Spurgeon (Ben and Jessa Seewald’s son) and Meredith (Josh and Anna Duggar’s daughter) are biting one another while playing outside. When Johannah Duggar draws attention to the situation, she expects her dad to step in and handle the incident. After all, the two children are his grandkids.

Jim Bob then asks each of the kids if they like when people bite them.
After briefly having a discussion with Meredith and Spurgeon, Jim Bob drops it and decides to drop this responsibility.
He says, “You know what, we’ll probably let your parents deal…we’ll tell them about it when they get back.” So, he ultimately doesn’t do much in the way of disciplining the kids.
The Duggar patriarch is roasted online.
On Reddit, fans and critics are discussing the resurfaced clip. And many of them are not impressed by Jim Bob Duggar’s parenting skills. They were shocked to watch him handle the situation this way. It looks like many expected more from him.

Someone comments, “Lol Jimbob acting like this is the first time he’s ever had to handle an upset child and he’s already thinking of calling Jana.”
Many are questioning Jim Bob’s involvement in raising his own kids.
Another Reddit user adds, “Toddler discipline needs to happen right after the incident or they won’t understand why they are being punished. Not that boob knows that after ‘raising’ 19 kids.”
Also on Reddit, other fans and critics are calling Jim Bob Duggar “clueless.”
