Tyler Cameron Comes Clean On Rachael Kirkconnell Issues
Matt James’s bromance with Tyler Cameron landed him the role of the lead on The Bachelor. Originally supposed to be one of Clare Crawley’s suitors, Matt hit the fast lane to Bachelor instead. After a wild ride, he chose Rachael Kirkconnell to receive his final rose.
During the filming of the show, some unflattering and racist photos came out of Rachael attending an antebellum party. The photos sparked a huge debate and led to Chris Harrison leaving the show completely. Matt wasn’t aware any of this was happening, so when the couple came out the other side, they faced a lot of challenges. Rachael didn’t shy away from accepting responsibility, promising to become more educated and put in the work.
Since Tyler and Matt aren’t attached at the hip lately, there have been rumors circulating. Some of those rumors were saying Tyler didn’t get along with Rachael. There is some truth to the rumor, but not the way fans are thinking. Read on to see why Matt’s bestie clashed with his lady love.
Tyler Cameron Clarified why He Clashes with Rachael
According to US Weekly, James started the rumors of a possible rift when he said on Watch What Happens Live that Rachael and Tyler Cameron had a “love-hate” relationship. Tyler said he thinks people think he and Matt aren’t friends anymore just “because we’re just not in each other’s everyday lives like we used to be.” He went on to say part of growing up is entering relationships and not seeing each other as much.
When it comes to Kirkconnell he said, “We just have our own ways of clashing.” He said sometimes he doesn’t like to listen to people. Despite saying Rachael has good opinions, he doesn’t always want to hear them. He said she means well and he thinks she’s great for Matt.
He Thinks She’s Good For Matt
Tyler Cameron said Matt and Rachael are really happy and “they keep each other happy and keep each other going and that’s what’s important.” Tyler also said he thinks he and Rachael clash because they’re both passionate people and have strong beliefs. He said they’ve also learned from each other.
Tyler has also entered into a relationship with Paige Lorenze since moving back to Jupiter, Florida. When it comes to his relationship with Matt, he said they’re doing their own things and see each other “when they see each other.”
