‘Sister Wives’ Meri Brown Opens Up About Dealing With ‘Haters’
Over the past several years, Meri Brown hasn’t had an easy time with her family life. She doesn’t necessarily get along with everyone in her family and it’s cost her some fans too.
So how exactly is the TLC star dealing with her haters? Keep reading to see what she had to say.
Meri Brown has a message for those who have ill will for her family
Since Sister Wives started, the Brown family said they often do run into people who don’t agree with their polygamist lifestyle. When the family moved to Flagstaff, Meri even lost out on a house because the homeowner didn’t want to rent to a polygamist family.
Now that the show is nearing the premiere of its 17th season, a lot of people online have negative things to say about Kody Brown and the polygamist lifestyle in general. So how do they deal with the negativity?
As for Meri personally, she tunes it out and shares good vibes instead.
The TLC personality invited her online followers to ask anonymous questions. Someone asked, “How do you deal with all the hateful things people say about your family?”
Meri replied, “Just throw love back at them. They must be feeling a lot of pain.”
Meri Brown is notorious for posting a lot of cryptic messages on social media. However, this particular post seems more direct and to the point.
Are the Browns still a functioning polygamist family?
Sister Wives fans believe that there’s a lot going on behind the scenes with Meri Brown. Over the last few seasons, she and Kody made it abundantly clear that they aren’t romantically involved any longer. And it seems like it’s taken a pretty big toll on the TLC personality.
Due to the circumstances, plenty of fans think Meri actually quietly left Kody in the past year. But in another recent Q&A with fans, she revealed that she still lives in Flagstaff full-time.
But no matter what Meri says, there are many Sister Wives viewers who believe that Kody Brown is now monogamous and Robyn is his last remaining wife. Meri is often off with her own friends and Janelle is really focused on her kids these days. But no matter what the women post, fans noticed that Kody never seems to make appearances.
No matter what the situation actually is, it doesn’t seem like the Browns are a cohesive unit like they were when the series first began.
