‘Big Brother’ Changes This Week’s Schedule Again

Big Brother is usually on three times a week and fans can always count on Thursday night being the time for live evictions. However, this week, things are changing. For the second time, CBS has moved Big Brother’s air time. Here’s when you can finally see who gets sent home.

A new episode date

Normally, Big Brother is on every Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday. However, this week that all changes. Earlier in the week, CBS announced that they will be pushing Big Brother back to Friday from its original air date of Thursday. Thursday is a pretty special day for the Big Brother community since it is live evictions.

However, once again, the network has decided to make a change. CBS took to Twitter to reveal that not only will the program not be airing on Thursday, but it will also not be airing on Friday.

Now, the show will do a special 2-hour episode on Sunday instead.

“PROGRAM ADVISORY UPDATE: Thursday’s weekly eviction episode of @CBSBigBrother will now move to a special two-hour episode Sunday, July 24 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) ”

Once again, they do not mention if the episode will be live or if it will be taped tomorrow and just shown on Sunday. Of course, if it is pre-taped, there will be no live feeds for four whole days so that no one can leak who went home. Some have let CBS know that they are not okay with this.

“#BB24 is blocking the feeds for 4 days so ppl don’t leak info to Twitter…that’s fine…still not watching the biased edited episodes…I’ll wait…,” one Twitter user responds.

Who is on the block?

Currently, Taylor Hale and Pooch are on the block. When Paloma was still in the house, she made sure that no one liked Taylor. So now, it only makes sense to keep putting her on the block – since it seems no one likes her. However, that doesn’t mean she’s going home.

Pooch volunteered to put himself on the block this week to make himself look like the good guy. Unfortunately for him, his houseguests see this as the perfect opportunity to get rid of a big player right at the start. Of course, there’s always a chance he will get replaced with the Power of Veto.

While that episode will air tonight, the competition actually happened over the weekend. It’s already been reported that for the second week in a row, Michael has won that power.
