It’s a sad week for Big Brother fans as the live eviction has officially been postponed. However, not to worry, fans won’t have to wait long to find out who will be sent home.

There will be no Big Brother this Thursday

Usually, Thursday is a very beloved day in the Big Brother community. After all, it’s live evictions. However, according to Big Brother Access, there will be no episode this Thursday. Instead, it has been moved to Friday night. Apparently, this Thursday, the January 6 hearing will be on instead.

“CBS PROGRAM ADVISORY: @CBSNews Coverage of the House Select Committee’s Public Hearing on Jan. 6 will air Thur. 7/21 @ 8pmET. The eviction episode of @CBSBigBrother will move to Fri. 7/22 @ 8pmET/PT & season 2 of SECRET CELEBRITY RENOVATION will now premiere Fri. 7/29 @ 8pmET/PT,” CBS shares in a tweet.

Of course, Thursday is the live episode of Big Brother every week so this has left some scratching their heads. It seems as though the show would likely still be taped on Thursday and then shown as a pre-record on Friday. This would also mean having to turn the live feeds off for all of Friday so no one knows who went home.

Only time will tell exactly how they will handle this switch, but fans will have to be sure to tune in on Friday instead to find out who is going home.

Who is on the block?

This week two pretty important players to the game so far are up on the block. The HOH, Jasmin, opted to put Pooch and Taylor Hale up. Pooch actually volunteered himself to act as a pawn. Meanwhile, Taylor still isn’t very well-liked by the rest of the houseguests. It really only made sense for Jasmin to put Taylor on the block. However, she has now told both Pooch and Taylor that they are her pawn.

Sadly for Pooch though, this ‘noble’ act to volunteer as a pawn may actually cost him the whole game. Since he is a seemingly strong player, his fellow houseguests are taking this as a chance to actually send him out the door, totally surprising him on eviction night (which is now on Friday).

This will all depend on what the current Power of Veto holder, Michael, decides to do. He also won the POV last week when he elected to take himself off the block. It’s still not clear what he will decide to do with the power this week.
