From navigating her relationship with her husband, Ethan, to setting boundaries with her in-laws, Kim and Barry Plath, she hasn’t held back.
Now, Olivia Plath has an update for fans about her mental health. And once again, she isn’t afraid to tell the truth about both the good and the bad.

On her Instagram stories this weekend, Olivia allowed Welcome to Plathville fans to send in anonymous questions for her to answer. She received quite a few and took the time to answer as many as she could. And she didn’t steer clear of the more personal ones.
One of Olivia Plath’s followers asked, “How are you doing, really?!”
On social media, it’s easy to only show the highlights, but this fan wants the full picture.
In response, she wrote, “A bit overwhelmed sometimes, to be frank. I feel the pressure to figure out my life and what I’m doing and how I’m communicating and showing up in relationships and wondering if I’m growing enough?”
Then, Olivia Plath reassures fans that it’s not all hard. She says, “But also really happy in some moments when I see myself make progress, figure something out, make a better choice, gain a new friend…just taking things one day at a time and trying to be present there!”
Thanks to TLC’s Welcome to Plathville and Olivia’s Instagram page, fans have a front-row seat to her life. As long as she continues putting her life on display, fans will have a chance to watch her learn, grow, and change over the years.
