‘Sister Wives’ Fans Accuse Meri Brown Of Living A Lie
For quite some time now, Sister Wives fans have suspected that something is going on with Meri Brown. They’ve watched her marriage to Kody crumble onscreen. And yet for some reason, Meri sticks by his side.
It’s clear that she isn’t happy with him, so why does she stay?
The answers are complicated, but Meri seems determined to show everyone how happy she is on her Instagram pages. However, some fans believe they can see through the deception.
Is Meri Brown living a double life?
Earlier this year, a source close to the Brown family said that Meri is seldom around. They said that she shows up to film Sister Wives, but is otherwise invested in her child Leon and her business endeavors. This led many to believe that she perhaps left the family. However, Meri herself recently confirmed that she still lives in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Meri maintains a pretty active social media presence, but she never seems to be with Kody Brown or her sister wives. Instead, she spends a lot of time with her new friends. So what’s going on?
Some Sister Wives fans think she could be living a lie.
“When the cool girls are havin’ a party and you just insert yourself where you want to be….🤣🤣” Meri recently captioned an Instagram post. She’s smiling for the camera along with two of her friends.
The picture seems innocent enough, but some of Meri’s followers weren’t buying into it.
“Meri acts and looks so happy on all her social media and on sister wife’s she acts like a victim, gloom and doom!!!!🤦♀️” one of her followers commented on the photo.
Did the TLC star actually decide to leave Kody Brown?
Plenty of Sister Wives viewers think that Meri and Janelle privately left Kody. They just have to keep things quiet for the sake of their contracts with TLC.
Meri virtually never posts about Kody, but she does post a lot of cryptic messages and claims that she’s her own caretaker. Fans like that she’s grown more independent, but they ultimately feel really sorry for the TLC star. Her husband almost never pays any attention to her and she’s on her own a lot.
Hopefully, fans will get some answers when Season 17 finally comes to TLC. Until then, fans will just have to wait for more news to come.
