Bringing Up Bates fans are wondering if the family might be broke after their show was canceled. For years, the Bates family has been on TV, which has helped them pay the bills. But now, it looks like the family might be hustling for cash without UPtv footing their bills.

Because the Bates family relied on UPtv for so long, fans have been wondering about the adjustment they’ve had to make financially. Some of the Bates kids have their own business ventures and YouTube channels to bring in an income.

For example, Whitney and Carlin Bates run the Bates Sisters Boutique. Josie Bates Balka has her own accessory shop online. Carlin, Alyssa, Erin, Lawson, Trace, and other Bates kids also have YouTube channels to keep up with fans and make money.

Since UPtv canceled Bringing Up Bates, several of the Bates kids have been pushing products more heavily on social media. Because they have so many followers on social media, companies choose to work with them and pay them to promote their products.

Before the show was canceled, some of the kids did promote products on social media. This isn’t uncommon among reality TV stars and other people with large platforms.

But fans think that they’ve stepped it up quite a bit since UPtv pulled the plug on their show.

In a new confession on the Duggar Bates Confessions Instagram page, one fan pointed out that several of the Bates kids have been promoting the same companies on their Instagram pages.

One of these companies is Cuts, which offers a selection of high-quality women’s and men’s tee shirts. Several of the girls have also been pushing Navy hair care products on their followers.

The fan notes that Whitney, Josie, and Carlin all promoted Cuts. After this post was submitted to Duggar Bates Confessions, Katie and Tiffany also promoted the same company on their Instagram pages.

One fan says, “It’s a hustle lol I can’t knock it.”

It’s possible that the Bringing Up Bates kids are accepting more partnerships just because they’re no longer receiving paychecks from UPtv. Or maybe they simply accepted these deals because they wanted a little extra cash or truly liked the products.
