Peta Murgatroyd Wows Fans, Looks Amazing On Family Outing
It’s been a pretty difficult year for Dancing With The Stars pro Peta Murgatroyd. After opening up about her fertility issues, she also told the world that she and her husband Maks Chmerkovskiy are trying fertility treatments.
It’s a lot to handle, but Peta seems to be happy and doing quite well these days. The paparazzi recently snapped a photo of the Australian dancer and her family on an outing in public. Fans couldn’t help but noticed how healthy she looked, all things considered.

Peta Murgatroyd steps out in an adorable outfit on an errand trip
Peta Murgatroyd has dealt with so much stress this year. On top of the fertility issues, her husband Maks was trapped in Ukraine during the Russian invasion earlier this year. Thankfully, Maks made it home safely and the family is together again.
Now, the family enjoys pretty normal days together. The Daily Mail obtained access to photos of Peta, Maks, and their son Shai out shopping for groceries.
The 35-year-old old dancer wore a wide-brimmed hat along with “a white, long sleeve romper with brown stripes cutting across the fabric.” The Daily Mail even went as far as to call her outfit “leggy,” which suits Peta quite nicely.
In the photos, Shai is playing on the grocery cart and acting like a normal child his age. Even for something as simple as a grocery store trip, Peta Murgatroyd definitely knows how to dress.
The couple seems to be in a much better spot these days
Peta and Maks would love to welcome more children into their family and that’s why they’re undergoing fertility treatments. Peta unfortunately had several miscarriages that completely devastated the couple. In 2020, the dancer even miscarried while on a trip to Whole Foods.
“It was so shocking and so out of the blue,” the dancer told PEOPLE. “I was petrified. I was trying to tell myself, ‘It’s going to be okay.’ Of course, deep down, I knew.”
But they have renewed hope through their fertility treatments. And it’s entirely possible the couple will have multiples. Peta and Maks haven’t ruled out having twins, but it’s something they are still discussing.
Peta told Us Weekly that the fertility treatments aren’t the most fun, but they’re bringing her closer to her husband.
“It’s traumatizing, and he’s the one that’s closest to me,” Peta told the publication. “So, he goes through it as much as I go through it, so to speak. It did bring us closer together. When you go through something like that, it’s just an ultimate bonding session. … When you come to those crossroads and those big decisions, making them together and moving forward together as a family unit is so important, and I feel like we did that.”
