Katie Thurston Spills Some Tea On All Things ‘Bachelor’
Former Bachelorette Katie Thurston asked fans what tea they wanted her to spill and she came through. She dished out some good dirt for fans who want to know. So, what questions did fans ask Katie? Katie Thurston spills the tea on all things Bachelor
Katie Thurston shared some dirt on things that happened during her season and even after her season. She shared all the info on a recent Q&A on Instagram. Some may be a little surprising. One thing she was asked is if she knew she was picking Blake before the fight that took place on the show. Of course, fans are most likely talking about Greg Grippo.
She said, “nope.” Katie went on to say that she was hoping that clarity would come after overnight dates. However, as it turns out she only had one fantasy suite date and yes they were intimate. She said she had a connection with her final three men all for different reasons. So, no she did not know she was picking Blake at that point in time.
Next up, Katie dished on Andrew. She said she had too much respect for his mom to not be honest about how she was truly feeling about Andrew. She knows moms want to hear that the connection is strongest with their son, but Katie couldn’t lie. When it came down to it, Katie said she just had stronger feelings for other people. So, she had to maneuver that conversation with Andrew and send him home.

Another fan wanted to know about Michael Allio. She said, “One of my close friends kissed him while my season was still airing. And, while yes I was engaged, this felt like a “too soon” moment for me.”
Someone else wanted to know about Queen Victoria Larson. Katie dished that Victoria is actually really sweet. She said she simply leaned into a character and it backfired on her. Katie believes Victoria was having fun and didn’t realize the repercussions that would take place later.
Plus, what does Katie really think about Thomas Jacobs now? She says that he really did get the short end of the stick. She said, “Leads and contestants have limited time and information to come to quick conclusions.” Katie went on to say that getting to know some of the guys after her season really let her see and understand who they truly are. She thinks Thomas is a good guy.

The former Bachelorette also dished on how production treats the leads on the show. She said, they really do try to make their leads happy. She even said she doesn’t think they get enough credit for all that they do.
Katie also talked about her thoughts on having two Bachelorette leads. She said she likes the idea of having each other to lean on throughout the process. However, she doesn’t like that the ladies will be judged by the men and the viewers.
