Jesse Palmer reveals BIP twists

Bachelor in Paradise host Jesse Palmer took his first trip south with the franchise as they filmed Season 8. He shared that this season will be totally insane. Why? The show flipped formats and fans will see a side of Paradise they haven’t yet.

US Weekly shared what Jesse had to say about his time on the beach. Jesse said, “It’s insane down here. It’s absolutely crazy. There’s all these people. It is just so much chaos, so much drama and yes, never before seen things [are] taking place in Paradise.” He continued, “I’ve been watching this show for years, huge fan of it. And we’ve been switching things up. We’ve been changing things up. It’s hard to keep track of it all, to be honest.”

But, why are things so chaotic and switching up? Warning! Spoilers Ahead!!

Reality Steve dished on huge twist

Recently, Reality Steve let fans in on what they can expect to see in Mexico for Season 8. He didn’t beat around the bush like Jesse. Steve said Bachelor in Paradise is taking a page out of Love Island’s format.

He shared that once connections have been made on the beach the couples will be in for a major surprise. They will all be separated. Once they are separated new singles will arrive on the beach and try to form a connection.

Another new mixup is that the show brought in a few alums from the Australian version of the show.

Will the new tactic create more drama and heartbreak on the show? More than likely yes. Producers of The Bachelor franchise are infamous for getting what they want when it comes to drama.

As for Jesse Palmer, he’s just along for the ride and reportedly had a blast hosting the show in Mexico. Of course, Wells Adams was also there serving up delicious drinks for the contestants on the beach.

While fans wait for BIP to premiere this fall, they can get their Bachelor Nation fix by tuning in to watch The Bachelorette premiering Monday, July 11 on ABC.

Stay tuned for more updates and spoilers.
