The pair is preparing to welcome their first baby to the world in October.

On the Duggar Bates Confessions page on Instagram, fans are talking about Esther and Nathan’s relationship. Someone submitted a confession and said, “I really keep trying but I just don’t get Esther and Nathan. She is so far out of his league my brain can’t compute it.”
In the comments section of the post, fans are discussing this topic a little bit more. Some are pointing out that looks aren’t everything, so that could be why Nathan and Esther are together.
Someone points out that he may not be attractive to other people, but in the Bates family’s circle, he might be very attractive. One says, “I agree. He’s probably a hot ticket in the fundy world though.”
